
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a deeply calming experience that gently guides you into a relaxed, peaceful state where the busy mind can settle. What happens in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique session?
A quantum hypnosis session comprises three parts: the interview, regression and the debrief.

Interview
Your session begins with a relaxed conversation where we discuss your background, goals and reasons for the session. We’ll also talk about any specific areas you'd like to explore. Then together, we’ll review your questions in preparation for your regression.
Regression
You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxed state, allowing your conscious mind to quiet and your subconscious to come forward. I’ll facilitate a conversation with your Higher Self or subconscious to gain insights, guidance and healing. Your role is to relax, stay open and share whatever comes up. I create a safe space and ask the right questions to help you get the most from your session.
Debrief
After the regression, we’ll review your experience, answer any questions and help you process the insights. I record your session and send you a link to the audio so you can listen again and continue your healing.
The duration of a session
A QHHT session takes around 4 -5 hours, including the interview and debrief.

Ease into visualisation
Spending time with gentle visualisation or meditation can help quiet the mind and relax the body. Guided practices are especially helpful in allowing you to become familiar with dropping into a calmer, more receptive state.
Set your intentions
Take some time to write down any questions or areas you’d like clarity on. This helps guide the session and gives your inner wisdom a clear direction. There’s no right or wrong here trust whatever feels important to you.
Support your body
Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours beforehand, as these can interfere with deep relaxation. On the day of your session, enjoy a nourishing breakfast with protein and healthy fats to help you feel grounded and comfortable.
