By booking a session with WhiteOak Healing Pathways ('WhiteOak') you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

WhiteOak Healing Pathways provides professional wellbeing, personal development and spiritual services, including but not limited to hypnotherapy, wellbeing coaching, spiritual mentoring, energy healing, tarot readings, mediumship, animal communication, courses, programmes, workshops, recordings and digital resources.

All services are provided for personal insight, education, wellbeing and self-development purposes only and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Results and experiences vary from person to person. Due to the individual nature of all therapeutic, wellbeing and spiritual services, no specific outcome, result, prediction, healing outcome, communication outcome or transformation can be guaranteed.

By booking a service, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions and interpretation of any information received.

1:1 Sessions

Cancellation by Client

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and may be forfeited.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and no refund will be given.

After a Session Has Taken Place

Once a session has been delivered, no refunds will be provided.

 

Programmes and Packages

Commitment to the Programme

Programme fees secure a place and reserve time, resources and support.

Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not constitute a pay-as-you-go arrangement. Clients remain responsible for the full programme fee.

Refunds

Once a programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions, unused sessions, missed sessions, accessed materials, recordings or support provided.

Early Withdrawal

If a client chooses to withdraw from a programme after commencement, all outstanding payments remain due unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Courses, Workshops and Digital Products

Digital Content

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of recordings, meditations, courses, workshops and digital resources, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Live Events

Refund requests for live workshops or events must be made at least 14 days before the event unless otherwise stated.

 

Tarot, Mediumship and Animal Communication

Tarot readings, mediumship sittings and animal communication sessions are offered for spiritual guidance, personal insight, entertainment purposes and are for people who are 18yrs and above. 

Information provided should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, veterinary, legal, financial or psychological advice.

No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, relevance, interpretation or future outcome of information received.

No refunds will be provided on the basis that information received was unexpected, unwelcome, inaccurate in the client's opinion or did not meet personal expectations.

Healing Sessions

Energy healing and spiritual healing are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical care.

Individual experiences vary and no guarantee of specific physical, emotional, mental or spiritual outcomes can be made.

Recordings and Replays

Recordings, replays and downloadable materials remain the intellectual property of WhiteOak Healing Pathways.

They may not be copied, shared, distributed, sold or reproduced without written permission.

All purchases of recordings and downloadable content are final.

Limitation of Liability

• This site and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of any of the therapies, psychic or mediumship services.

• We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• We shall not be liable for delays in providing information due to factors beyond our control.

• You agree that you are using all these services at your own risk.

 

Right to Refuse Services

• Sessions or Readings may be refused if a client is deemed mentally or physically unfit, including being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• The practitioner reserves the right to end a session and reading at any time if it is in the best interest of both parties.

By agreeing to use the services of WhiteOak Healing Pathways, you agree that you have read and understood that all information is subject to the service recipient’s interpretation.

WhiteOak Healing Pathways, Helen Garbett will not be held accountable for any interpretations or decisions made by the recipients based on information provided during sessions, workshops, courses or readings.

Please Note:

• Gift vouchers have an expiry date, please use them within the time period. This is the gift voucher holders responsibility as Helen will not contact you.  

• With less than  48  hours notice, please consider the gift voucher as ‘spent’

• All services require full payment upfront via Sumup, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

• Any money you send through this site or directly to me is solely for the time spent during a session, not for my skills or abilities.

 

Third-Party Links & Endorsements

• This website may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse or guarantee the services, products, or content of any third-party website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
